AIM Higher, Utah 2026

Not a trade show. AIM Higher is three days of pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings with AIM's VIP suppliers, built to turn introductions into partnerships you can call on all year. Members come to source smarter, trade strategy, and leave with relationships that keep paying off.

What is AIM Higher?
Three days of pre-scheduled, private meetings between AIM members and VIP suppliers. It is built for relationships and real business, not booth-walking. You share what your clients need, swap sales and marketing ideas, and find products that fit.
When and where?
September 28 to October 1, 2026, at Black Rock Mountain Resort, 909 West Peace Tree Trail, Heber City, Utah. Meetings run all day Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday morning, in 20-minute slots with a short break between each.
Who should attend?
Owners, salespeople, and merchandisers who are active in the sale and hungry to grow, typically with an established book of business in the $350K to $1MM+ range. Applicants are vetted for growth potential.
What is included?
Qualified attendees receive a participation package: three nights' hotel, standard event meals, and networking events. Airfare is reimbursed up to $300 on a coach round-trip, or driving is reimbursed up to 200 miles at $0.58 per mile.
How do I apply?
Submit the application to attend. The AIM Events Team reviews it within 5 to 7 days and, once approved, sends you a Member Profile form. A $1,000 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 30 days of the event.
