It applies globally across AIM's websites, services, events, and platforms, including data collected through our HubSpot global account. This information is used to respond to your inquiries, send you relevant updates (with your consent where required), and assess your potential interest in AIM Services.

3.1 Member and Customer Information

  • Manage billing and accounts.

  • Preferred Vendor Partners, only where necessary for membership benefits.

We do not sell personal data.

  • UK and EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

  • Members and Customers: retained while account is active and for a reasonable period after termination.
  • Prospects: retained as long as marketing consent is valid or legitimate interest applies. If no engagement occurs for a reasonable period, data will be deleted or anonymized.
  • Legal obligations: some records may be kept longer to comply with tax, audit, or legal requirements.

After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
