What is the AIM HIGHER Strategic Event?

The AIM HIGHER Strategic Event provides AIM members and VIP suppliers with pre-scheduled, one-on-one private meetings, to collaborate and enhance unique business development opportunities as well as first-class networking. It is designed to be an exclusive forum to openly share client needs, sales and marketing strategies, and product solutions. 

Rather than just another tradeshow, AIM HIGHER is focused on building relationships that turn into solid partnerships.

Where will the AIM HIGHER Strategic Event be held?

The event will be held April 20-23, 2026, at the Saddlebrook Resort, 5700 Saddlebrook Way, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

What days are the meetings scheduled and how long is each meeting?

Meetings are scheduled to take place all day on Tuesday and Wednesday. Each pre-scheduled meeting is 20 minutes, with a 5-minute break between each. 

What are the requirements to attend the event?

Attendees are vetted for growth potential and come with an established book of business, typically in the $350K–$1MM+ annual sales range.

Once approved, attendees need to attend all scheduled networking events and meetings.

We're expecting you to complete a short survey about your experience with each supplier to help us with future events.

We'll host a pre-event webinar for attendees to answer questions, set expectations, and discuss tips on how to best use the time you have in each meeting.

Due to investments made that are unable to be recovered, you will be responsible for a $1,000 cancellation fee if you're unable to attend within 30 days of the event.

What are the costs to attend the event?

All qualified attendees receive a participation package that includes airfare reimbursement, based on coach, round-trip airfare,* hotel accommodations for three nights, standard fare event meals, and networking events. 

 *If eligible, an attendee may receive a reimbursement for their airfare up to $300. If driving, reimbursement will be up to 200 miles at $0.58 per mile. 

Can I cancel my commitment to attend the event?

If you cancel within 30 calendar days of the scheduled arrival day, for any reason, you will incur a $1,000 cancellation fee. 

Who should be attending this event?

We are looking for people who are hungry to grow their businesses and are actively involved in the sales process, such as: salesperson, merchandiser, or active owner.

Can I bring an extra person?

AIM HIGHER is designed to help you build meaningful relationships with our VIP suppliers, so participation in all supplier meetings and networking events is required.

If you choose to bring an additional person who will be attending the networking events, an additional fee will apply: $1,000 if sharing your room or $1,500 if not sharing a room. Airfare for additional attendees is not included and will not be reimbursed.

Can I bring an extra person who is not involved in the business? If so, what is the cost?

AIM HIGHER is a business-focused event, and participation is primarily intended for individuals actively involved in the business. On a limited, case-by-case basis, a non-business guest may be considered for attendance with a $1,000 guest fee, pending prior discussion and approval by the AIM Events Team.

Approved guests are welcomed as companions to the attendee; however, they are not considered business participants. Please note that this event is designed for individual attendees, and family or child attendance is not permitted.

After I complete the application to attend, am I a confirmed attendee?

Once you’ve submitted the application, our Events Team will review your completed form and, upon approval, will send you a link to the Member Profile form. Please allow 5-7 days for the review of your application.

This event is exclusive to AIM’s VIP Suppliers.
